Instagram Wrap-Up

The past couple of weeks have been super duper crazy between the musical, college visits, and spring break. A lot has been happening so I've been posting on Instagram a ton. Here are a few of my most recent updates!
I put this little collage together before opening night of the musical. Stage crew was a big part of my life sophomore year and I decided to come back to it and help build the set for my school's production of A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum. Many of my friends were in the show and I posted this photo as a way of saying thanks for being there for me the past couple of years.

If you didn't post a St. Paddy's Day class pic, are you even and Irish dancer? Here's a cute snap of my friend Lizzy and I before our dance class on St. Patrick's Day!

As you can see, I climbed onto my friend's roof. Jessi and I used to go out onto her roof a ton in middle school but once we got into high school we stopped doing that. Well a few weeks ago when I slept over, we decided to climb out there and have a cup of tea while waking up.

And yet another dance pic. Dana and I were dancing together at our school's competition and we had VERY similar numbers and we bot wound up with thirds in our hornpipe! We thought that was too funny so of course we had to stop afterwards and take some pictures.

Four hour road trips do get kinda boring after a while. I propped my legs up on the dash to give them a much needed stretch.

My most recent insta is just a shot of my Bean Boots when my friend Alex and I went down to visit a college near the Jersey Shore. It's been over a year since I was last on the beach so you can bet I went running down that boardwalk to jump around in the sand!

That's all for my recent Instagram updates! If you liked these pics then you should definitely follow me! My username is @mcelizabeth97. I hope you all enjoyed I will talk to you later!

Websites I Check Daily!

Hello everyone!
Today I'll be sharing with you the websites I make sure to check every single day. I really love using the Bloglovin' app because I can easily check these blogs when I have some free time during school. It's just a great way to keep everything nice and organized :).

I feel like this one is a no brainer. If you haven't heard of Carly and her blog yet I honestly don't know where you've been. Carly lives in New York City and she has a positively adorable puppy named Teddy. I'm completely obsessed with her style and I look forward to seeing her posts.

I have been obsessed with Emily for the past few months. She is super sweet and she has her priorities right where they should be. If you haven't checked out her blog yet you really must because you're SERIOUSLY missing out. Her Instagram is also totes adorable, I must say.

Lifestyle blogs are my absolute favorite if you couldn't already tell. I could spend hours scrolling through European lifestyle blogs, though. Ever since I went to Scotland, I have been completely enthralled with Great Britain and The Londoner is a great way to see England everyday.

Caroline is the cutest little thing. I stumbled across her blog about a month ago and I immediately fell in love. Her sense of style is positively perfect and she has the BEST pictures to go along with her posts. I always get mega excited when I see that she's made a post.

If there was a perfect fashion blog, it would be this one. 'Nuff said.

Here is the blog of one of my very best friends, Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn and I have known each other for years and I love her to pieces. She is an AMAZING writer so definitely check her out.

This is one of my more recent finds. Career Girl Daily helps me say organized and I gives me tons of motivation everyday. IMO, Career Girl Daily is the perfect website to keep your morale going as far as work goes.

Hope you all enjoyed. Talk to you soon!

Ain't It Good to See the Sun Again

After a very cold and snowy winter up here in New Jersey, we've finally been able to see the sun for a couple of days in a row. NJ got a good six inches of snow on Thursday which makes the fact that it's going to be in the 50s and 40s all week even sweeter. There are so many things I am looking forward to doing now that some of this snow is finally melting!

I like to think I live in a beautiful part of New Jersey. North Jersey is home to some gorgeous farms and amazing hiking trails. I'm super excited to be able to hike through the reservation once again and appreciate the view and the amazing nature that surrounds me. Not only is hiking a great way to take a break and look at all of my surroundings, but it's also an amazing workout! Walking around the reservation provides me with a great view of the NYC skyline which is perfect for Instagram opportunities.

People from Jersey are known for their driving. Whether it's the love of driving, or the fact that we're crazy is for you to decide, but I personally love to drive with my windows down looking at all of the amazing scenery. I've had a great big smile on my face the past couple of days on my way home from dance and school because I can finally have my windows open and live life to the fullest.

When the weather is as nice as it is currently, there's nothing that can keep me from smiling. The biggest mood booster for me is a sun shining day with a high in the 50s. Another thing that adds to my mood is a great playlist. I found a good one from someone who has the same taste in music that I do! I love a lot of country and some of your Disney Channel faves lol. This playlist inspired me to start making my summer '15 playlist which is currently exclusively country. It may be a little early but hey, I'm in a summer state of mind what can I say? Anyway, it's all smiles here and that's what it looks like it's going to be for a while!

I'm really looking forward to the next couple of weeks and everything that they'll hold! Hope you all enjoyed this post and I'll talk to you all soon!
xoxo,
Molly

My 2015 Resolutions

Hey everyone!

Today I'm going to share with you my resolutions and goals for 2015. Overall, I want to begin to treat myself better and really start to take care of my body because I will be starting college next fall. I imagine it will be easier to build some good habits now than it will be in a few months!

  • My first resolution is to clean my room every Friday. I find it difficult to keep my room clean all of the time, but I think that if I spend a little bit of time every week working on cleaning my room, I can make it completely possible!
  • This year I would also like to begin running. Honestly, I'm not the most athletic person you will ever meet. I am promising myself that I will go running at least once a week. Going running three times a week would be a little much for me because of work and everything else that I have going on but running once a week is something that is totally doable.
  • I'm going to stop drinking soda. Soda is so bad for me and it's just not healthy to keep drinking it. This is a habit I plan on kicking entirely and I think I'll be much better off because of it.
  • I would love to go to New York City at least three times. I live about 45 minutes away from the city and I could just hop on a train and be there quickly. The city is just a magical place and I would love to make some magical memories there with all of my amazing friends.
  • My friends are probably some of the most important people in my life. This year I really want to learn more about them. I want to spend less time talking about myself and more time talking about my friends and their lives and their experiences. Learning more about the people you love is so important in a healthy relationship. It will cause the friendships to grow and develop and that is something I'm really looking forward to.
  • My final resolution is to be more supportive. I want to be there for my friends during their sports competitions or when they're going through a rough time. My friends mean the world to me and I want to be there for them through it all.

Those are all of my resolutions for this year! I think these are definitely achievable and they'll help me become a better me :). What are some of your resolutions for the New Year? I'll talk to you guys soon.

Love,
Molly
